Botanical ink workshop at Wolverhampton Art Gallery alongside British Art Show 9.

The theme of ‘tactics for togetherness’ drew on plant communities in the courtyard garden and how they live together. Participants (asylum seekers and vulnerable adults) shared stories of medicinal and edible plants. We continued the conversation as we worked with a selection of botanical inks, modifying and mark-making.
